The post holder will develop quality and improvement within the service that is fit for purpose, proportionate and value for money whilst ensuring regulatory requirements for the service are met. The post holder will implement an annual programme of thematic audits in consultation with Heads of Service and lead staff disciplinary investigations, ensuring reports are delivered to timescale and to a high quality.
This post is temporary for approximately one year or until the return of the substantive post holder (whichever is earlier).
