We are seeking an astute and insightful officer to provide policy and communication advice to the Leader of the Council.
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of the team supporting a dynamic Leader with a national profile. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of local government - helping Newcastle to be influential on a national stage.
You will need to be a strategic thinker with a highly developed understanding of local, regional and national political issues along with a clear ability to understand and respond to the needs of leading political figures.
