Further Information
We are seeking to appoint a member of staff to join the Senior Management Team of the PRU and to assume lead responsibility for the pastoral framework across the PRU and for ensuring the safeguarding of children and young people.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong pastoral framework for all children ensuring their voice is heard and that they receive appropriate interventions and support.

You will ensure strong relationships are established with families and will be proactive inworking collaboratively with partner organisations to ensure they receive available support.
You will take a lead role in monitoring the effectiveness of the behaviour policy across the PRU identifying areas for full school and individual staff development as required, and particular children that require intensive support.

Grade - 14 £39,267 (Term Time plus 2 weeks, please note salary will be pro rata accordingly)

Location - Key Stage 3/4 Predominately

Essential Qualifications - Degree in a relevant discipline
Recent and relevant professional development.
