The Governors of The Sherburn Hill and Village Federation (consisting of Sherburn Hill and Sherburn Village Primary Schools) wish to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher, to join our friendly team. Our schools work closely together to develop the full potential of each child through a creative curriculum and stimulating learning environment. The Governors are looking for a creative and inspirational Class Teacher to teach children in KS2.

The successful candidate will:
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with experience of teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 and of administering Y6 SAT’s.
• Be creative and able to inspire pupils through a range of learning activities in a stimulating learning environment.
• Have high expectations of all children.
• Be able to work as part of a team and foster positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents/carers and governors.
• Be willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life.
