Due to the retirement of a member of our site team after 30 years of service, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and reliable Site Manager. You will be working in a challenging, yet rewarding school environment and be a key part of our friendly staff team. You will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the premises, general health and safety issues relating to the building, as well as a range of porterage duties and ensuring that we maintain high standards of cleanliness and repair.
You should possess some experience of building maintenance work and it is essential that you are capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting and carrying of equipment, materials and furniture and are able to climb ladders. To work in our busy and vibrant school you must be enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to forge positive relationships and have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery and customer care.
You will work a weekly alternating shift pattern during term time and core hours during the school holidays.
