One Point Service Team Around the School (TAS) Support Worker

Temporary to cover Maternity Leave from beginning of July 2015 until December 2015 or the day before the substantive postholder returns.

Job Location: Any of the One Point Hubs in County Durham

Salary: £17,714 - £20,253 p.a. i.e. Grade 5

We are looking to appoint a One Point Service Team Around the School (TAS) Support Worker to cover the substantive potholder’s Maternity Leave.

The post holder will have a supporting role in the implementation of the Think Family Strategy and Early Help Strategy in County Durham by working with the TAS Core Team to deliver high quality effective early intervention programmes which develops young people’s social & emotional capabilities and provides support to parents which contributes to improving attendance and engagement in school and learning.

Required Qualification: Level 3 qualification in a relevant field such as; Health, Social Care, Education, Housing, Family Work, Youth Work, Police, etc.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on: 17th July 2015
