TEMPORARY UNTIL 31/03/2016 or until the return of the substantive postholder.

The post holder will be accountable to the Customer Relations, Policy and Performance Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for the development and implementation of service improvement activity to enable effective delivery of services to customers. Working closely with ICT and the Projects Team in Neighbourhood Services, you will oversee our Customer Relationship Management System implementation programme which will include both service review activity and providing support to services migrating to the new system. You will also be responsible for managing the Corporate Complaints Team and coordinating the changes required following adoption of a new complaints process.

We are looking for an organised and experienced Project Manager with excellent communication and ICT skills who can work with a range of services to implement change.

Required Qualifications: Education to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
