Cleveland Fire Brigade’s ICT Department is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work as part of our busy Service Desk Team.
The main duties of this role will be to assist with the front-line implementation, operation, support and maintenance of the brigade’s ICT systems and infrastructure across a number of sites.
Previous experience of providing both server and client ICT support in a Microsoft-based environment is essential, along with a good understanding of IP networking.
The successful candidate will have a flexible approach, excellent organisation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and be a self starter who is able to work with the minimum of supervision and on their own initiative.
