Maternity Leave cover until 31/05/2018 or until the return of the substantive post holder.

The post holder will be responsible for the development of an area based core cultural offer including performing arts, visual arts, libraries and the festivals programme, supporting the locality teams’ successful delivery of service objectives and outcomes.

They will work alongside the wider localities team and the Community Arts Manager to support to community groups and volunteers and associated budgets and resources.

Required Qualifications:
NVQ level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
