This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Operational Support team.
The apprenticeship will provide opportunities to experience practical work based programmes that allow you to learn, work, earn money and get qualified all at the same time. Apprentices will complete a framework of qualifications up to NVQ Level 3 including a recognised technical certificate. These are open to all ages.
Reporting to the team leader you will also undertake a wide range of administrative duties and responsibilities across the service.
You will be required to provide an excellent quality service to all our customers. Duties include maintaining and developing administration systems, and to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the team to help the service operate effectively and efficiently.
The Business Support Apprenticeship is an 18 month programme, undertaking administrative tasks, studying towards NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration.
Required Qualifications: Either have or expect to achieve 4 GCSE’s at Grades A-C or hold an equivalent and relevant qualification
It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Tuesday 8th August. Those shortlisted will be required to complete a skills test prior to interview, details will be sent within invite to interview if successful.
