Required from 1st September 2017. The Governors of Shotton Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic caretaker to join our friendly, hardworking and successful school. The successful candidate will be reliable, well-organised, have good communication and practical handyperson skills and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.
Key Responsibilities cover areas of:
Security of premises
Keyholder responsibilities
Cleaning
Operation of heating systems
Basic electrical maintenance
Health & Safety
Minor repairs
Grounds maintenance
Porterage duties
Recording meter readings
Operation of swimming pool plant/daily checks
Monday – Thursday
7:00am – 10:30am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Friday
7:00am – 10:00am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
