The Adult Learning and Skills Service are looking to recruit an experienced member of staff who will be responsible for the development and operation of management information systems to monitor the quality and performance of delivery and meet internal and external reporting requirements.
The post holder will be required to develop and maintain a suite of performance management reports to include performance indicators, funding, enrolment, progression, success rates, attendance and progression data for management information and planning purposes.
The successful candidate will have current knowledge of ESFA funding and data requirements in order to prepare regular data returns to relevant funding agencies where appropriate. They will also be required to analyse the Service’s data in detail and ensure reports are available that support funding claims, inspection and auditor requirements.
They will work closely with Service Managers and Programme Leads providing a range of performance indicators which will ensure they understand the financial and other implications of management decisions in relation to participants, provision and the curriculum.
