Further Information
Required for January 2018 a part –time caretaker to work 20 hrs per week.

Hours 7.00am-9.00am and 3.45pm – 5.45pm.

• To carry out the general functions as specified in the caretaking staff handbook and also any other duties as the Headteacher may reasonably request.
• To ensure that the school premises are cleaned in accordance with the cleaning specification.
• To advise the HT when the need arises for repairs and maintenance to ensure safe conditions at all times.
• To ensure general security and safety of school premises and grounds.
Carry out health and safety checks and monitoring.
• To undertake general porterage duties.
• To carry out first line repairs and maintenance.
• To have a commitment to energy efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:
• Good basic literacy & numeracy skills
• Good DIY Skills
