The Governors of our vibrant and aspirational school are looking for a flexible Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant willing to work across the age range (3-11). We would be interested to hear from you if you can offer our children THE BEST and to work as part of a committed and forward-thinking team.

The successful candidate must:
- Be willing to assist in providing positive play opportunities on the yard while applying an assertive but respectful approach to behaviour
- Encourage the very best hygiene and organisation in the dining hall
- Be a responsible person who has a natural drive to safeguard the care and well-being of our pupils
- Have the ability to converse at ease with pupils and colleagues using accurate spoken English.

This position is paid whole time with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods however your salary in these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. Essential Qualifications: Basic literacy and numeracy skills
A willingness to undertake First Aid training would be an advantage
