Key Stage 2 Class Teacher

The Head Teacher is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and experienced individual with an excellent understanding of the curriculum in key stage 2 and a proven ability in accelerating progress and raising attainment.

The successful candidate should:
Have experience of working within key stage 2.

Deliver creative, exciting and dynamic lessons.

Be passionate about children and inspire them in their learning

Have a positive presence in the classroom with children, staff and parents.

Be reliable, flexible and hardworking.

Be committed to sharing best practice with colleagues.

Have high expectations for the learning, behaviour and care of all pupils.

Have great organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Be able to motivate and encourage pupils of all abilities to thrive as learners.

Be an excellent communicator and committed to being part of an effective staff team.

Create a vibrant classroom.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
