Salary: £40,057 - £43,821 per annum
i.e. Grade 14 (DCC employees)

(Band 7 for Trust staff £31,696 - £41,787 p.a)


Vacancy No: AHS/18/22

Applications are invited for the above vacancy within the Adult Care Services area of Adult and Health Services.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for an integrated team of experienced and committed professionals from Health and Adult Care Services.

The team enjoys excellent relationships with other agencies with high levels of co-operation and joint working.

The post offers considerable opportunity for development and innovation both personally and professionally.


Applicants must hold a professional qualification in either Social or Health Care to diploma level or equivalent. Current registration with relevant professional body.

Candidates should have relevant post qualifying or registration experience including some project or personnel supervisory responsibilities, inter-agency and partnership development and the development of practice standards.
