Ofsted have stated “Staff are extremely positive about working in North Tyneside and morale is high. They cite the support, supervision, training, clear career progression and the high visibility and approachability of senior managers as contributing to the positive learning culture in the council”

You will be joining North Tyneside at a significant point in its journey, with the Authority recently awarded Partner in Practice status. You will be expected to provide high quality, visible leadership and influence in the development of a number of key projects that will contribute to the delivery of truly outstanding services for children and young people.
