North Tyneside Council Housing Services provides the allocation, income collection, and tenancy management for all of the council housing stock.
We are proud of the services we provide and are seeking to recruit two enthusiastic and committed Housing Management Apprentices.
You will be part of a team delivering the management service across the borough. You will use several IT systems which includes the use of Northgate and Microsoft
You will be mentored by officers and work both within an office environment and within customers homes carrying out income and tenancy management visits.
You will be provided with support and assessment to achieve a level 3 NVQ in Housing Management
These posts are fixed term for two years.
