Framwellgate Moor Primary School is looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice who will have responsibility to provide intensive and wide ranging support to all members of the team.

We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a team player, with good communication skills both verbal and written.

The person will develop skills to provide administrative support to the team to help the school operate effectively and efficiently.

Duties include but are not inclusive of:
• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
• Receiving visitors and referring to appropriate colleagues
• Photocopying and preparation of documents as required
• Updating and maintaining databases and filing systems
• Updating the Website

Essential Qualifications: Either have or expect to achieve 2 GCSE in English and Maths at Grades A-C (new grades 4 - 9) or hold equivalent and relevant qualification

All apprentices are supported and guided throughout their placement by key individuals within their team with additional mentoring support from our development team. The successful candidate will be given a mentor, work plan, traning plan and access to our in-house NVQ provider.
