Working on the Capital delivery heating programme you will be responsible for the effective day to day management of the Homes for Northumberland portfolio of approximately 8200 properties across the County, prioritising heating upgrades when emergency situations arise and raising all parts of an individual heating upgrade, i.e work order, purchase order, supplier order, P/O amend and delivery, job completion and job allocation. Responsible for the day to day management of the admin requirements of the Capital Delivery Contract, you will ensure excellent service delivery through maintaining a high level of Tenant liaison, technical input and works ordering. You will be responsible for the admin and tenant satisfaction delivery and management of the Capital Delivery contract and council-owned property within the HFN Housing.
You will have a good standard of education to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with an in depth knowledge of professional theory, practice and procedures of capital delivery. You will have experience in similar position working directly with tenants, contractors and housing officers along with a sound knowledge of pressurized sealed central heating systems and components and an understanding of ASHP and associated central heating systems along with a thorough knowledge of the full heating upgrade and boiler functions. You will be competent in various software packages including Google, TASK and OHMS with Part A Asbestos awareness training along with Knowledge and a thorough understanding of the complex issues facing Social Housing tenants.
This post involves travel throughout the County on a daily basis therefore you must be able to meet the transport requirements
