Churchill Community College was described by OFSTED in May 2014 as ‘Outstanding’

We require an enthusiastic Attendance Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fixed term position until 31st August 2019.

Your main role will be to work with students who are persistently absent (under 90%) to monitor and support them to improve their attendance. You will work directly with students and parents. The applicant will also support the Attendance Manager to improve overall attendance at the College.

You will be a good communicator and have excellent administration skills. Knowledge of school SIM’s system would be advantageous.

This post is term time only over 193 days.
