The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative Childcare Manager to join the hard working team of our very successful school.
The successful candidate will:
• be willing to support the ethos and practices of our Catholic school.
• be an excellent Childcare practitioner with high expectations and an understanding of how ensure high quality play provision for children aged 3-11.
• have excellent people management skills and be proficient in planning, assessing/evaluating and target setting
• have the capacity to inspire and motivate staff and children and engage them all creatively in the learning process
• have experience of managing a childcare provision including staffing, bookings and payments
• be committed to developing our team and maintaining effective relationships within our wider school community
• be dedicated to their own professional development and aspire to excel professionally
• be willing to participate fully in the wider and corporate life of the school

You will work 25 hours per week (Mon - Fri, 13.00 - 18.00 hrs), term time only over 195 days.
