Active Northumberland have a vacancy for a School Games Organiser to work across Alnwick & Berwick in the North Northumberland School Games region, hours would be 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week) in term time only.

The post would be a fixed term contract from 1st Sep 2018 - 31st Aug 2019. Salary between £16363 -£18715 the salary dependent on experience and qualifications.

The successful applicant will work across schools in the North Northumberland region in and around Alnwick and Berwick upon Tweed

The job will involve working closely with school staff and other sports organisations across a range of areas, and include delivering the core tasks that will:

increase engagement in School Games
develop competitive opportunities
increase and sustain participation
broaden the range of participation opportunities
establish key performance indicators
