A Full-time Personal Assistant is required to provide a high standard of personal assistant administrative support to Resources Heads of Service. This post is temporary until approximately 31st March 2019.

The post holder will operate word processing equipment to produce documents, reports, letters and also update spreadsheets and presentations using PowerPoint.

The post holder will arrange meetings including the booking of venues, sending invitations, organising agendas and taking minutes and also be responsible for chasing up outcomes and progress arising from meetings.

The successful candidate will process mail, answer and deal with telephone and personal enquiries and correspondence on behalf of the Heads of Service together with managing the electronic diary of the Head of Service to arrange appointments and meetings.

Candidates should have 4 GCSE's graded A-c or equivalent and have experience of planning and organising meetings/events, researching information and report writing.
