You will work closely with the Senior Leisure Attendants to offer excellent service to customers, taking care to present the facilities to the highest standards and maintain a safe environment.
Duties will include ensuring effective customer safety in the pool, effective day-to-day cleaning of the building, setting up and dismantling of equipment, administering first aid and reporting defaults. You will also act as a point of contact for customers and ensure all procedures are followed.
You will hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have experience of lifeguarding and attendant duties and a good knowledge of health and safety.
You will have experience in sport and leisure related environments and of delivering excellent customer service and care skills, be hard working and self-motivated with a desire to succeed with the ability to work as part of a team and be flexible, as well as the being able to work with minimal supervision.
