We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced manager who will continue to support the improvement journey across a range of services within the council.

With a good understanding of the key issues facing local government, you will be experienced in working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

Working within the centralised Policy, Performance and Research team, you will lead a team that supports specific service areas on their improvement journey. The broader Policy, Performance and Research team are already adopting innovative new business intelligence techniques and you will help to continue this improvement in the future.

In addition you will be comfortable in developing processes, analysing data and communicating effectively to a range of stakeholders.
