Waves are looking to recruit two part time, temporary, GP Referral Instructors to join our sport and leisure service. Wave’s is a busy vibrant leisure pool with an aquatic play feature, slide and small pool. We also have a busy Contours gym, a full exercise class programme and health suite with over 2000 members.
The main duties are to provide the day-to-day operation of the Contours Fitness/Health Suite. This will include promotion of healthy lifestyle advice, personal fitness assessment, as well as GP Referrals and rehabilitation of customers. Alongside this you will support the sales, membership and retention processes in place.
The two fixed term GP Referral Instructor posts are on a fixed working pattern as below:
Post 1 - 18 hours per week (Fixed term for 9 months)
Monday 3.30pm - 10pm
Tuesday 4pm - 8pm
Thursday 4pm - 8pm
Friday 4.30pm - 8.30pm
Post 2 - 27.5 hours per week (Fixed term for 5 months)
Monday 9am - 1pm
Tuesday 9am - 1pm
Wednesday 9am - 1pm
Thursday 6.15am - 12.30pm
Sunday 7.45am - 6pm
Post 2 will attract a weekend enhancement.
