We wish to appoint an experienced, well organised and flexible Caretaker to assist and support the site management/premises team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, have excellent communication skills and be willing to undertake a wide range of practical tasks including general repairs and maintenance, health and safety issues relating to the buildings, cleaning and porterage duties.
It is essential the successful candidate is capable of regular lifting and carrying of equipment, materials and furniture.
