The Governors of our happy, successful school wish to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our hard-working, committed staff. This is a permanent appointment.

We are looking for a classroom assistant who:
* Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations of achievement and behaviour
*Can demonstrate and has experience of supporting teaching and learning at the highest standards, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy in upper key stage 2
* Is willing to contribute to the whole school and work effectively as part of a team
* Has a thorough knowledge of how to support all pupils, as well as those with special educational needs and disabilities at key stage 2
* Has delivered or has the capability to deliver academic and social & emotional interventions for KS2 pupils

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post. Essential Qualifications: Teaching Assistant Qualified Level 3 or above
