Are you an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated leader? Could you fulfil the role facility team leader, demonstrating high standards and drawing upon your experiences to support frontline Supervisors and Unit Managers in our schools and commercial businesses?

If so, we want you as part of our award winning team providing catering, cleaning and facilities services to schools and commercial businesses, together with staff catering and a community meals service across the borough.

The successful candidate must be commercially focused, have five years experience of working in a similar environment and experience of managing a multi site operation in the last three years. You will need to be a highly motivated individual who is committed to continually improving standards.

You should have experience of mentoring and training teams to deliver high standards of service and have excellent customer relations, in the facility / hospitality industry. Excellent people skills, time management and financial acumen are essential together with good IT skills across all Microsoft packages and data bases. Qualified to degree level or equivalent and level 2 food hygiene certificate is essential. A recognised facility / hospitality qualification is desirable.
