Further information
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the housing Capital delivery contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the Council’s overall strategy and business plan and to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of a customer focussed programme of capital improvements to the council’s housing stock, working closely with other Property Services and Housing Managers to ensure the stock is maintained to Decent Homes / other relevant standards.
The project manager will manage the appropriate tradesmen involved with the capital delivery contracts, which will involve the management of various contractors, professional bodies and statutory organisations.
