An opportunity has arisen for a 25 hour support worker, based within the North Tyneside council’s reablement support team. The post is permanent and requires the applicant to work in the community supporting predominately Older people to regain / maintain their daily living skills to prevent admissions into hospital or long term care. The applicant will work on a rota basis which will include weekends and Bank holidays.
