We are looking to appoint a non-supervisory Caretaker to join the Facilities team at County Hall in Morpeth. County Hall is currently undergoing a refurbishment programme.
The successful applicant will be required to provide caretaking duties within the building. Considerable knowledge of a broad range of practical tasks associated with a caretaking environment together with the operation of associated tools and equipment. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relating to a caretaking environment is required.
