Children and Young People Integration Programme Manager – Transformation & Partnerships

Temporary for 2 years

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the new position of Children and Young People Integration Programme Manager in the Transformation and Partnerships service area for a period of two years.

The post holder will support the Integration Steering Group for Children and will lead on key programmes of work relating to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, young people transitioning from children to adult services and other vulnerable groups.

The post holder will require good analytical, programme/project management and problem solving skills to facilitate the smooth running of children’s programmes, along with good report writing to ensure clear and timely dissemination of information across partners.

You will possess good written and verbal communication skills and it is important that reports, briefings and presentations are tailored to the relevant audience. You will need to be confident in developing relationships with a range of stakeholders, senior managers, elected members and service users.

It is essential to have worked in a multi-agency setting.

Required Qualifications Degree or demonstration of equivalent experience.
