A vacancy has arisen within ICT Services for a temporary Service Desk Analysts until approximately July 2019.
The post holder will work as part of a team of analysts in providing professional and courteous service to our clients. The position will require that the individuals answer technical questions and accurately record a detailed description of the problem at hand.
Candidates should have 2 A Levels or equivalent and have the ability to effectively communicate with different audiences and understand organisational structures, relationships and influences.
