The Governors and Senior Leaders of East Stanley School are seeking to appoint an efficient Administration Assistant to join the Administration team.
A rare and highly sought after position has become available within our very busy school office starting in January 2019.
The successful candidate will support the operation and management of school office services, working on the front desk in the school reception.
Purpose of Job:
The main purpose of the job is to be responsible for providing an administrative and clerical support service to facilitate the day to day running of the school office.
Working under the direction of the Head Teacher and the Administration Officer the Administration Assistant will work alongside the Administration Officer carrying out duties as listed on the job description:

The essential skills required to fulfil the role are:
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent time keeping skills, in line with being able to manage their own workload
• The flexibility to adapt to change
• Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Outstanding organisational skills
• A keen eye for attention to detail
The ability to integrate into a large organisation fostering and adopting the school aims and values is key to the role.

Essential Qualifications: NVQ level 3 qualification in Administration or related subject plus 5 GCE’S including maths and English
