The Governors of St. Aidan’s R C Primary are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team. Responsible under the direction of the Headteacher, Senior Supervisor or other nominated person, individually or as a member of the team, for securing the safety, welfare and good
conduct of pupils during the midday break, in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school.

Duties will include supervision of the pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises and may include ancillary associated duties (for example, cleaning up spillages, ensuring tables are clean etc) to ensure maintenance of good order and discipline.

This post is fixed term for 1 year, term time only over 190 days, 6.25 hours per week.

All individuals appointed to this post will be appointed onto an hourly rate which includes the National Living Wage (£7.83 as at 1st April 2018) and paid a supplementary allowance to accommodate the North Tyneside Living Wage (of £8.75 per hour at 1st April 2018).
