About the Role
You will work closely with the Swimming Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment for our learn2swim swimming program
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality swimming lessons to a wide variety of clients, in line with the national governing bodies Swim England’s National Plan for teaching swimming (NPTS).
About You
Swim England’s Level 1 & 2 Teaching Aquatics Qualifications
Willingness to work towards and obtain the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and coaches (NRASTC)
Strong theoretical knowledge of the mechanics of swimming
Practical knowledge of lesson planning and teaching delivery
