1 x part time (18.5 hrs per week), permanent
1 x part time (18.5 hrs per week), temporary maternity cover until 27/09/2019 (or until the day prior to the return of the substantive post holder)
1 x full time, temporary maternity cover until 31/01/2019 (or until the day prior to the return of the substantive postholder)

We are seeking to appoint a number of Early Help Practitioners who will provide direct help, empowering families to access a range of support networks within their local communities. These support networks include those delivered in and through the Community Family Hub, with the aim of building resilience and sustained change.

Recent experience of working and supporting vulnerable children, young people and their families in the home and community settings; experience of delivering planned interventions using evidence based practice leading to improved outcomes; experience of group facilitation and experience of responding effectively to safeguarding issues and concerns.

The postholder will provide direct help and interventions to families that contribute to meaningful positive change; develop a range of approaches to engage and build an effective working relationship with parents and families to enable positive change to take place.

Essential Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in a relevant Children's Services field.
