Post: Education Centre Premises Assistant
Salary: Grade 4, £17,972 - £19,446 per annum

Vacancy Reference Number: CYPS/19/23A

A full-time, permanent Education Centre Premises Assistant is required.

The Education Centre Premises Assistant will provide effective operational support to the Education Centre, ensuring a safe, compliant and maintained environment to the agreed standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Acting as key contact person for all aspects of the building and premises related issues
• Maintaining a good working relationship with Shield Row Academy in connection with the onsite share facilities
• Directing and supervising cleaning operatives on a daily basis reporting any issues to Facilities Management
• Responsible for the building’s risk register and carry our regular fire drills, emergency lighting etc. to meet H&S requirements
• Monitoring consumables and cleaning materials and re order via the Oracle system as and when required
• Providing first aid emergency support as necessary

Required Qualifications: BTEC National, or NVQ3 or equivalent in relevant subject.
