The Governors and Head Teacher are looking for a Dynamic and highly skilled Early Years Teacher to join our Foundation Stage Team. We are a Good school who are constantly striving to improve the quality of Teaching and Learning to enhance our current provision.

The successful applicant must:
• Be an outstanding practitioner
• Have a clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding Teaching and Learning and be able to communicate this to others
• Have high expectations of children’s learning, attainment and behaviour
• Be committed to the development of an outstanding Early Years curriculum, embracing new ideas and developments
• Demonstrate a caring attitude towards our children’s academic, personal, social and emotional development.
• Be able to work as part of a dynamic team
• Have the ability to inspire and support colleagues at all levels
• Show a commitment to the whole life of the school and to offering extra curricular activities
• Be enterprising, hard working and professional
