The Governing body of Bluebell Meadow Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and friendly Site Manager to join our successful team. The purpose of this post is the maintenance and security of the school premises and site.

Applicants will have/ be:
• Knowledge of procedures for undertaking minor and emergency repairs
• Responsible for the operation of planned maintenance programmes
• Responsible for regular maintenance and safety checks
• Responsible for operations of onsite maintenance contractors
• Monitor fire safety equipment and carry out necessary checks
• Perform duties in line with COSHH Regulations
• Supervision of cleaning staff
• Facilitate and undertake lettings in line with local arrangements

Previous site management experience is desirable for the position. A valid first aid certificate or willingness to undergo training for this qualification is essential.
