We have an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor to work within the Corporate Property and Land Service.
The successful applicant will be joining a brand new department responsible for the corporate management of the Council's land and property portfolio including acquisitions, disposals and valuations, Landlord and Tenant work as well as all other matters arising from such a varied portfolio. The role will provide proactive assistance to variety of property led projects within the new service and property systems and information based projects.
The role would suit either a cognitive graduate, or someone with a desire to get RICS qualified in the near future, or a qualified surveyor.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent providing a foundation for membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent appropriate professional body.
Candidates should have specialist knowledge of property and property processes and have experience of working and making decisions as part of a team.
