The Governors at Langley Park Primary School are looking to appoint an Enhanced Teaching Assistant to provide support to pupils in Reception Class, to commence February 2020 to cover maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, dynamic and hardworking individual with proven experience of making high quality observations in EYFS.
Key duties of the successful candidate:
• Provide learning activities for individuals and groups under the professional direction and supervision of a qualified teacher, differentiating and adapting learning programs to meet the needs of allocated pupils.
• Assess, record and report on pupil development, attainment and progress as agreed with the teacher.
• Monitor and record pupil responses and progress and liaise with the teacher to share information on pupils’ achievements and any problems which arise.
• Deliver pre planned lessons to whole classes e.g. during PPA.
