The Acting Head Teacher and Governors wish to appoint an EYFS Teacher. Our school is a warm and vibrant place to be and we wish to employ a teacher to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder.
As a classroom teacher in our enthusiastic team, you will teach children within Year Reception, planning and preparing the EYFS environment and learning opportunities, assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils in your class. You will contribute and participate in the team working ethos of the school and maintain our values, both inside and outside of the classroom.
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver the EYFS framework for all pupils within Reception
Have a desire to make learning exciting, memorable and enjoyable
Facilitate tasks and a learning environment which both challenges pupils and ensure high levels of interest
Have a sense of humour and willingness to work as part of a team
Make effective use of assessment information on pupil’s attainment and progress.
Have recent experience of teaching children in EYFS
