We are looking to appoint a part time temporary Social Work Assistant, within the Adult Care Learning Disability North Integrated Team.
The successful candidate’s role will primarily be reviewing assessed needs of service users and supporting service users to live more independently in the community; monitoring and reviewing packages of care.
They should have a good understanding of key policy drivers and issues affecting the Team’s service user groups and their carers, and be able to work with partner agencies, providers, and other professionals, in order to ensure that needs are assessed and met in an appropriate and timely manner.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 10th February, 2020.
Required qualifications: 5 GCSEs (A-C grades) or equivalent relevant qualification
The successful applicant will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure check.
