We are looking to recruit new Neighbourhood Wardens to our existing team, their focus will be to deliver a high quality, efficient and cost effective Neighbourhood Warden Service.

We are looking for dynamic, robust individuals, who want to make a difference in the community and improve quality of life through improving the physical appearance of the neighbourhood, building community confidence by reducing crime and fear of crime, deterring anti-social behaviour and fostering social inclusion.

Daily duties will include but not limited to:

• Resolving local issues
• Dealing with complaints
• Attending community meetings
• Working alongside our partner agencies
• Investigation around environmental crime
• Case file preparation

Required Qualifications:
Five GCSE’s at Grade C or above including English or equivalent in a relevant subject.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Monday 16th March 2020.

The successful applicants for these posts will be required to apply for Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure also a NPPV Disclosure.

Due to the requirement to drive a County Council vehicle in these roles, appointment will be subject to the production of a valid driving licence for the required category of vehicle and the satisfactory completion of an in-house Driver Induction Assessment.
