We are looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher to join our teaching team to work with a Year 1 class.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
Is an exceptional, motivated and skillful teacher who is passionate and reflective about their work
Can demonstrate excellent classroom practice with high standards of teaching and learning which values all children
Has very high expectations of all children and themselves
Has an excellent working knowledge of Read Write Inc. phonics
Is able to work well as part of a team
Is willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
Has experience of teaching children with complex health needs (who have been absent from school for long periods)
Is quick to take on new initiatives and has experience of teaching powerful concepts such as:
• Location and Place
• Significance
• Evaluating
• Cause and effect
Is flexible and has a good sense of humour.
