Accountable to the Community Arts Manager, you will work as part of the community arts team supporting a wide range of people to access and take part in cultural activities. You will be responsible for the development of arts and cultural programmes and will support local community groups, organisations, artists and volunteers to access, extend and sustain an area based cultural offer.

You will also be responsible for the management of engagement programmes with DCC cultural venues, libraries and festivals. You will ensure the successful delivery of service objectives and outcomes.

Your essential experience will include working with arts organisations and practitioners/ funding partners and working with community partners, including arts groups, venues and practitioners.

Required Qualifications:

NVQ level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
