A vacancy has arisen within Digital and Customer Services for three Customer Services Officers. One of the post is part time 29.5, permanent, the other two posts are temporary to cover periods of maternity leave, one full time 37 hours until approximately 30/04/21, the other is part time 22.5 hours until approximately 28/02/21 or until the return of the substantive post holders from maternity leave, whichever is sooner.

The post holders will provide a first point of contact for all our customers, service users and stakeholders’ access to public services by all access channels, dealing with customer enquiries on all aspects of business within the remit of Customer Services.

The successful post holders will give advice covering the full range of Council and partner services and managing the progress of each enquiry through all stages to its conclusion (where applicable).

Candidates should have 4 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent and have experience of dealing with the public either face to face or over the telephone.
